What we’ll do

We will meet at South Boston's Dorchester Heights Monument (1/2 mile from the Andrew Square Red Line station, or a quick Uber ride from Downtown). At the site of the first American victory in the war for independence, we will learn about Henry Knox and the siege of Boston while taking in stunning views of the City and surrounding areas. From there we will walk to other sites of South Boston…

What else you should know

We will do a good deal of walking. Dorchester Heights is windy--if it is cool below it will be cold on the Heights!
