What you'll do
The experience begins with the visit to the cellar respecting the phases of the production process. We start with the area of vinification, and we move on to the aging phase, explaining the difference in production between the different wines we produce: Langhe Arneis DOC, Langhe Rosato DOC, Dolcetto d'Alba DOC, Barbera d'Alba DOC, Langhe Nebbiolo DOC and Barolo DOCG. Soon after we move to our local tasting and after presenting the history of our company we begin to taste the 3 wines chosen, including a Barolo, paired with meats and cheeses typical of the Langhe. The 3 selected wines will be telling from an organoleptic point of view, explaining the differences between the wines to the sight, the smell and in the mouth and how they must be combined with the food, to fully enjoy their characteristics.
With the wines are offered in tasting salami and cheeses typical of the Langhe.
I'm Federica Broccardo and I work with my brothers Laura and Filippo in the "Broccardo" family winery. I attended the oenological school in Alba and then I stopped working in the company owned. I work mainly in the vineyards and in the cellar. I love my company, my wines and I like to explain them and make them taste with local products of the Langhe!
