Joycez and her husband are fantastic. No one else signed up for the class, so we ended up with a private cooking class. Her class size is always small, which is why we signed up for this one. The space is great, there’s a cooking station and a chopping station. And the FOOD is INCREDIBLE. After a fantastic introduction to the different foods and herbs we would be working with, we made tom yum soup, pad thai with shrimp, green curry with chicken and sweet sticky rice with mango. I had asked Joycez if it was possible to also make papaya salad, and she even added that into the menu free of charge. Every single thing was one of the most delicious things I’ve ever tasted. I had no idea that green curry made from scratch could be so delicious. This was everything I wanted in a class— small, personal attention, delicious food, great and engaging explanations. I also like that it wasn’t directly in Bangkok city so that we got to see a less touristy part of the city. Thank you so much Joycez!!
