Than was very knowledgeable and passionate about their work. You see the gibbons in large enclosures that hopefully will be released into the wild, once they are considered ready. They are released in family groups in wild areas all over Thailand. They have come from people who had them as pets, and from the tourist industry, but in most cases taken from their mothers at a very young age.Please be a responsible tourist, if you can hug or have selfies with any animal that should be living wild and free, its cruel, traumatic and abusive!
