What you'll do
Our luncheons are an intimate experience and a chance to spend time with Wild Sun's staff in a more extended setting. We begin at noon with a presentation about the wildlife in our back yard and the threats that they face. This is followed by lunch prepared by our in-house chef and a behind the scenes tour of our rescue and rehabilitation efforts. Keep in mind, we will maintain a safe distance of 10 feet from all enclosures to ensure our animals will not be habituated to humans, thereby providing their best chance of reintegration to the wild.
Luncheon guests may choose chicken, fish, vegetarian or vegan cuisine and a beer or wine is included. The tour and lunch last about 1.5 hours. Afterward, guests are invited to use our infinity pool up until 3pm.
Luncheons are by appointment only and can be arranged for any day from Tuesdays through Fridays.

I'm the founder and director of the Wild Sun Rescue Center. Since 2015 we've rescued, rehabilitated and released hundreds of animals and now we're even moving into the reintroduction of locally extinct species! This includes the Scarlet Macaw and hopefully the critically endangered Spider Monkey.

In addition to Wild Sun Rescue Center, Green Wave currently supports the Futuro Verde School and the Karen Mogensen Nature Reserve.
This is a social impact experience where 100% of what you pay for this experience goes to Green Wave Enterprises.

Where you'll be
We begin with a delicious lunch. Chicken, fish or vegetarian options are available.
Next is a discussion of wildlife we work with, the threats they face and ideas for living more harmoniously with them.
Afterward we may witness the feeding of one of our baby animals and then walk through our pre-release area to see some other animals under our care.
This is all followed by some downtime by our infinity pool with optional bar service.

Many taxi drivers have trouble pronouncing Wild Sun. If this happens, try asking for La Escuela Del Sol. We're on the same campus.
