Meet the hosts

This workshop has been handcrafted by me, Sacha (SCA certified coffee roaster), and Pierre-Olivier (head coffee roaster), as a perfect combination of our two interests: coffee and Parisian culture. Raised Italian, coffee's in my blood, my nonno taught me how to make my first cup when I was still a little boy. I've been working in the cultural sector for almost 10 years, notably for two of the most significant cultural institutions in the world : the Vatican in Rome and the Louvre in Paris.
