Akane was absolutely amazing. Communication leading up to the day was superb, she was very patient answering all our questions. Great tour for cooking nerds or food professionals. Definitely not for young children! We felt very privileged to visit the small family run workshops and learn about their craft. Akane went above and beyond providing suggestions for other things to do and places to eat during our trip. Highly recommend!
