A "Slammed Jam" is the combination of fruit with liquor. In this class, Chef Joe will assist with the jam-making process and teach how to create a delicious liquor infused "slammed" jam. Sample your finished creation in class and take a jar home.

TEACHERS Joseph is a lover of all things cooking, and teaching. A Chef and Graduate of Kendall College, he brings his culinary talents to each class. His friendly and sociable personality welcomes each student when they walk in the door with his overflowing fullness to chat, sharing stories, and laughter. Tommy is one of our top teachers. A Graduate and Instructor from SAIC, he brings a creativity and skill to every class. Art, inspiration, and attention to detail are all things that describe Tommy. Great things come in small packages. mL (milliliter) is an intimate venue located at 1519 W Balmoral Ave. Chicago, IL 60649 (between Ashland & Clark). It’s a one-room teaching space to learn all types of crafts and a kitchen for cooking classes. We're cute. We're small. We're mL.
