About your host

I'm a resident of Rockridge who spends most mornings working out in and around Frog Park! I'm an avid runner and outdoor enthusiast who hates working out indoors and loves a peaceful morning meditation before breakfast. About 5 years ago I said goodbye to the gym and I love staying in shape while getting some fresh air!

What we’ll do

We'll take a jog around one of the most scenic spots in Oakland. After our warm-up we'll get down to business and do a series of high-intensity workouts using the Frog Park playground equipment. Once everyone is exhausted, we'll cool down by doing a 10-minute meditation session to prepare us for the day ahead.

What else you should know

You'll need to find your own transportation to Frog Park. Wear comfortable shoes and layers for the chilly mornings that heat up quickly!
