About your host

Hi, I am a level 3 Personal Trainer and fitness instructor. I have been working as a full time Personal Trainer now for 4 years. I train in the outdoors, providing bespoke sessions focusing on functional and lifestyle fitness combined with wellness and the love of local healthy nutrition. I am an Ultra runner and enjoy life out on the Cornish trails.

What we’ll do

We will start at 10am with a 1 hour outdoor fitness session in a scenic location using various portable equipment. This session can be adapted to any level of fitness and will be fun alongside challenging. The day will consist of outdoor training and trail running so outdoor training clothes including layers, windproof/waterproof jacket, a run pack, running shoes, water and any energy food you may want
