This was a perfect way for a coffee lover to start the day! We tasted three Mexican coffees, each processed differently, to demonstrate how high-quality coffee (with great beans and expert roasting) can have distinctly different flavor profiles. Gaby was full of knowledge about the cultivation, tasting, and preparation of coffee. You will enjoy an interactive experience as you prepare coffee using a V60 brewing method after seeing it demonstrated. I have been roasting coffee as a hobby for years, so I seek out experiences like this when I am in CDMX or elsewhere in Mexico (Mexican coffee is almost impossible to get in the US), but this is a perfect experience for the coffee novice as well.
