What you'll do
This is a private course for just 2 people so there is flexibility. Feel free to contact me to discuss any thing you are interested, and if you are a group of friends that like to do the experience together I could manage 4 people but the session would take a lot longer to do all. Happy to adjust course time and even dates to suit you. Introduction to chocolate making equipment and techniques, for use in a home envirionment. You will be able to produce very professional chocolates using the facilites of a home kitchen so you can continue to do at your own home having been through the experience. Hands-on practical sessions: How to temper (crystalise) chocolate, in a home environment (this is important as most chocolatiers only show the table technique) How to make a ganache How to make chocolates using moulds Decorating moulds using cocoa butter colours Coating the moulds, filling and sealing them During Easter months we can make Easter eggs using professional moulds and finishing them beautifully packed to take home for your presents How to take care of chocolate equipment Finishing You will take away with you around 48+ chocolates each that you have made yourself, for you, your friends and family to enjoy beautifully packed for presents.

The experience is in my home , I am retired so I am flexible with times and days, if you have in mind different times and dates, please contact me and we can time the experience to suit your needs. Things to keep in mind
If requested, the host can accommodate the dietary needs listed. You must let the host know before the experience if you’d like your needs to be accommodated.
Tree nut allergy
Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.
Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the Airbnb website or app.

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
All equipment and ingredients will be provided, and you can take 48 moulded chocolates plus truffles or easter eggs, you made worth a lot more. Contact Chonette if you prefer times and days to suit you not listed in the calendar
