Georgia, our guide, was really friendly and made everyone feel welcome and connect. She gave us a lot of background about the food sampled and the places we visited.
Everything we tried was super tasty. Baccala mantecato really stood out, and I would have never discovered it otherwise. The tour had a relaxed vibe, not rushed at all. Would definitely recommend if you're into local food and want to gain insight into the specialties of the local cuisine.
