Christian gave us a fabulous walking tour of Santa Fe’s Plaza area, starting in front of a map of the world and weaving together history from Europe and the Americas with the establishment and growth of Santa Fe. I highly recommend this tour if you are interested in history! Christian brought the history of this area alive going back to the early 1500s. Fascinating and one of the best city walking tours I’ve ever experienced!
Although this is a 2-hour tour, it requires only a small amount of walking as it stays near the Plaza.

Christian was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was also very flexible with getting us into the tour on the day we needed. Christian was also a lot of fun and gave great recommendations for dinners and great places to shop. We learned a lot about Santa Fe and New Mexico. Would. highly recommend his tour!!!!

This was the best tour we’ve ever experienced. Christian’s love of Santa Fe was obvious as he told of the history and culture of this beautiful city. We enjoyed his way of immersing the past into the present. We loved the entire tour.

My friend and I were so glad we did this tour with Christian. He has a personable and warm demeanor, almost like you're meeting up with an old friend. He's incredibly knowledgeable about Santa Fe and the archaeology of the area. The tour was fantastic and gave us a solid overview of the city's history with plenty of additional recommendations for food and further exploration. I would highly recommend Christian's tour to anyone visiting Santa Fe.

Christian met us at a coffee shop with a world map. He spent sometime putting the history we were going to experience in an international context—very interesting and surprising connections were made. We then embarked on a walking tour of many historical and storied locations always weaving a spellbinding tale. My sister who has been to Santa Fe before, enjoyed the morning and made new discoveries during our time with Christian.

I cannot recommend this tour enough. It’s easily the best walking tour I’ve taken. Christian is extremely knowledgeable on the history of Santa Fe and does a fantastic job of embedding its history into a global context - who knew the fall of Constantinople and Santa Fe had anything to do with each other?! Beyond his expertise, Christian is kind, humble, and fun to talk to. You can tell he loves what he does and he really cares to make this a great experience for you. He also sends a text afterward letting him know that you can contact him with questions or to ask for recommendations. Do yourself a favor and take this tour!
