Tricia was a wonderful, patient teacher, responsive and calm. We left with several samples and finished pieces and learned so much. I live out of town, but if given the opportunity, I would definitely take a class from her again. Highly recommend!

I did the batik workshop with some of my family, and we had a terrific time. Only one of us had ever done batiks before, but we all were made to feel confident. We all really learned a lot, including the more experienced person in our group. Trish is a warm, supportive teacher who breaks things down in clear ways, and helps with any questions. It was so much fun. I would do it again regularly, if I could. I definitely hope to take one or more future classes with Trish. She's so gifted and interesting (and it's a cool house!). We all came away re-energized artistically. Highly recommended.

Less a structured course, this experience was hanging out with a very talented artist as she showed us how to use the dyes and wax techniques for batik. We learned a lot and had fun, too.

Tricia is a true textile master. She made me feel welcome the moment I arrived and showed me some of the work she's done to get my creative juices flowing. We quickly got to work and she showed me a ton of dying methods including batik, dip-dye, and shibori. I had so much fun in her studio and walked away with a ton of my own creations! I highly recommend this course for anyone remotely interested in textile art and creation.

Tricia was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient. We learned several tie-dyeing and batik techniques, and got to take home lots of colorful test patches and two finished products. Tricia's studio was cozy and full of her beautiful art, which she shared with us over drinks and cookies. We had a great time and highly recommend this experience!

Tricia is a great host and beautiful artist. We got right down to work creating samples and then got to make a final project. It was a great time and then she followed up with suppliers and links to videos we could watch on technique. I definitely recommend!
