What we’ll do

We will spend several hours together engaging in and learning about self-care practices that you can integrate into your daily life. We will drink tea and meditate and learn about other rituals and practices that can make your life more relaxing and meaningful and help structure your day. These other practices are creating a daily routine/schedule, nutrition, exercise, and healing/wellness…
