I also studied mindfulness and meditation from a scholarly standpoint during university and have conducted my own research as well. What we’ll do

First, you'll be welcomed into the park and we'll do some brief icebreaker activities so that all participants can know one another a little bit. Next, we'll discuss some background information about both chocolate and mindfulness meditation (two things which go together surprisingly well!)
