What we’ll do

You'll learn how to cook a traditional mexican recipe and get to know one of the biggest markets on wheels of the city, in one of the last founding towns of Mexico City. The day starts at 11:00 am in our appartment located in the south part of the city. We'll take you for a walk trough the traditional town of La Candelaria, Coyoacán heading to the tianguis (market) where we'll hand pick the…

This cooking class includes an hour and a half walk through a busy market and a big park.

Snacks and Other
Choose one main: pork, chicken or banana/cheese dumplings, and one sauce: peanut or mild chile. Rice and tortillas included.. 1 quesadilla (tortilla with cheese and/or vegetables) and 1 taco de barbacoa (lamb). (You can have 2 of the same if you like)
Drinks
At the market: one michelada (beer and lime) and one agua fresca. At home: one jug of agua fresca: passion fruit or soursop.
