Alex was very knowledgeable. He made me feel very welcome. Asked a lot of questions to get to know me. Which was very nice of him. Excellent host. I highly recommend this activity even if you’re not a coffee fanatic as you’ll learn about Mexican coffee and Alex is a great local to learn from

We had a great time learning about Mexican coffee, roasting it, grinding it, and brewing it. Alex knew his coffee and made us feel at home. He added many small touches, like snacks and souvienors to take home. We really enjoyed the tour.

I had such a great time at Alex’s coffee class, it was such a fun and unique experience!
It was my first time roasting coffee beans myself, which made it even more special. You can really feel Alex’s passion for Mexican coffee, and it honestly made the whole class even more enjoyable. He’s also super lovely and made everything feel so welcoming.
Thank you Alex again for such an amazing experience, highly recommend!
