What you'll do

Cook and savor a delicious paleo, keto, gluten-free meal packed with brain-boosting ingredients. Together, we'll explore what foods our brains need while we make: * Zesty and Rich Lemon Basil Avocado Salmon * Light, Simple Cauliflower Rice * Sunny Blueberry Walnut Citrus Arugula Salad * 2 flavors of Melt-in-your-mouth Brain Bombs: Coffee & Strawberry Cheesecake After you make your meal, you'll sit down to an elegant candle-lit dinner. Be prepared to learn a lot, and be inspired to cook more nourishing foods at home! NOTE: We also offer an Ayurvedic (traditional Indian) cooking class + dinner called "Cooking with a health coach: Indian." If you would prefer that class on this date, let us know and we may be able to rearrange the schedule, if no one else has booked this date yet!

I'm Libbie, a certified health coach, focusing on nutrition. I'm also an artist and musician, and am strongly influenced by my international community. The kitchen is my happy place, where I invent and cook delicious, healthy meals and desserts to share with friends and family.
