Did you know? Cantons-de-l’Est region counts 22 vineyards and produces 60% of all Quebec wines. We came to Montreal from Paris, France, where we developed a passion for good wine, cheese and ciders. It’s so deep in the French culture that almost every lunch is accompanied by a glass of wine. (Is this the reason behind afternoon siestas?
