What you'll do

We'll take a mindful hike/walk through a unique park some call the "Central Park" of Cincinnati. You'll see various forms of nature, historical & cultural landmarks, scenic views, and water features too! We'll walk to a historical, hilltop community with spectacular views of the city, the Ohio River and Kentucky. This area has bars, restaurants, coffee & ice cream shops plus eye-catching architecture. Cobblestone walkways and San Francisco style hills make for a charming stroll where you'll feel like one of the locals in this cozy community! Your journey will include fun yet simple and creative mindfulness activities designed to lower your stress, rejuvenate your soul, quiet mind chatter, experience BEing in the present, see new perspectives, and learn ways to create better connections with others. Practical life tools you can take with you! I'll guide you through a brief meditation in the original 'Garden of Eden' and leave plenty of time for pictures and conversing along the way. Near the end, you can climb 96 steps, or walk up a hill, to the final and most beautiful view of all while learning of a 158 yr. old local tradition. Your soul will thank you!

I’m a passionate holistic health seeker, hiker & people lover for over 20 yrs! I'm a certified health coach and according to others, easy to talk to. I've studied various forms of meditation & mindfulness to help cure myself of migraines & chronic stress & want to help others reduce stress while loving life more often! I'm a Cincy native with a 7yr. detour in LA. I love meeting all walks of life, dogs & singing. Rollerblading is still my favorite exercise, believe it or not. My charming dog, Pepe le Pew, may join us. Suraj, a friend & lifetime meditator, from Mumbai might too!

Where you'll be

We'll see a lot of local culture and historical landmarks along with various views of the river and skyline most Cincinnatians don't even know of! There's unique gardens, a hidden walkway where we'll see deer and other wildlife (if we're lucky) and finish with beautiful architecture plus some art and sculptures along the route! This is a route designed to delight your senses in every way! This should take approximately 2-3hrs. pending pace.

Non-retractable leashed, friendly & well-trained dogs welcome! Can stay in area for food/drinks after, if you choose. Only 3 places allow dogs (burger/wings place, coffee shop patio & ice cream patio)
