What we’ll do

Our experience will start in front of JR Nakano Station's North Exit. From there we will venture across the street into the arcade mall that leads directly into the massive complex that known as Nakano Broadway, a collector's dream filled with hundreds of toy and collectible shops. What else you should know

If you plan on buying anything, you must bring cash. Most of the toy shops within Nakano Broadway, with the exception of Mandarake, do not accept credit cards.

What to bring

I highly recommend bringing a backpack if you plan on buying many toys.
We will be walking a lot, so bringing a bottle of water is also suggested, however water or soda, etc can be purchased within the shopping complex.
Comfortable shoes. Again, we will be on our feet exploring for most of this experience, going up and down a lot of stairs, and your feet will suffer if you are wearing dress shoes, high heals, etc.
Cash. This is the most important thing you will need if you plan on buying many items. Many of the smaller toy shops do not accept credit cards.
