What we’ll do

Join me for a circuit-based training session beneath Toronto's magical skyline. Whether you're a local Torontonian or traveling for work or leisure, I'll help you find physical balance and avoid some of the dangers we face with stationary lifestyles. Using workout patterns designed specifically to improve physical health, productivity, & awareness, you'll leave feeling revitalized and replenished.

Please dress appropriately for a hard workout and weather conditions. Please be on time. We are starting early to miss out on traffic and to get you back to the office on time.

Where you'll be

We will meet at the CN Tower and jog to our training area. Once there, I will lead you through workouts designed to emulate proper body mechanics and promote mental strength
