What you'll do
You will create a wonderful bread and a schiacciata that you can eat. Making bread is a way to relax and to give up your thoughts and will fill you with good energy. At the end of the experience you will take home your bread and a piece of my wonderful and old sourdough named Attila 10 yars old!!! You will learn some secrets about bread and you will find out why your bread didnt come in the best way! There are a loto of little things that yuo need to know for aving the best bread and schiacciata ever! Let's make bread together!!!
I'm Rossella, I'm from Venice but moved 30 years ago to Florence.I was a participant of the cooking show Bake Off Italia 2016 . I love cooking everything but bread and focaccia are my true love! Sharing with you my knoledge it will be a real pleasure for me because I love meeting new people and know about them. I am an optimistic and solar person . I partecipate to Bake Off Italia a Tv show in the 2016 and it was a very unic experience through which I learned something interesting. So come and have fun with me! I am looking forward to see you!

Where you'll be
You will cook in my home,it's a very nice place to be in harmony and peace. My kitchen is a wonderful one, very big and suitable for cooking. I love cooking together with my new friends and I love sharing it in a beautiful home full of good memories and surrounded by a beautiful garden !
