What you'll do
In the mythical neighborhood of San Telmo you will have the possibility of taking a class of authentic Argentinian barbecue. Then eat the ASADO(typical argentinian barbecue) that you did at the same time to taste wines from the three main wine producing provinces in Argentina and finally taste Dry Age meat. We will start the class learning to make THE FIRE, following the presentation of the different cuts of meat, which will then learn the best secrets to delight your future beginners. During the entire journey, they will have the possibility to drink and taste wines from the main producers in our country. My name is Nacho Bravo, I am a professional chef and gastronomic entrepreneur. I was born and raised by cooking and eating Argentine asado. I studied and received a professional cook at MAUSI SEBESS. I currently own the San Thelma Restaurant where this incredible experience takes place. I also own the most famous barbecue catering in Argentina EVENTOS PARRILLEROS, I lead the gastronomy of the AREIA sports village and I am in the process of building new experiences in the gastronomic world. I traveled all over the world and toured the best restaurants in the world, where I learned a lot about wine and meat. The class will be developed in a professional kitchen that has first line grills and then we will go to the hall to eat everything learned in the class.

My name is @chef.nachobravo and I will take you on this delicious adventure about asado, wines and dry aged beef in Argentina. Monday and Friday 16 hrs, Tuesday 18hrs and Wednesday 19hrs. It is a UNIQUE class where we provide everything and as a special fact we mature the meat ourselves.
