What we’ll do

Each experience starts with a brief lesson on breathing while exercising. You’ll be led to partake in breathing exercises that I’ll remind you of throughout your session. Next we will go through our muscle activation and core development.

What else you should know

Be sure to wear athletic clothes, including shoes, shirt, and top. Eat at least 45 minutes before you arrive.

This is one of my favorite tracks in the city. It is huge and can usually have more than on activity going on at once.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 10 guests ages 12 and up can attend.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
