What we’ll do

Start in Balik Pulau at the bus station. We walk up in the orchards and reach after a good hour and a half the Ngoh Han Hill temple with a spectacular view over the south west part of Penang. On the way we will pass mostly fruit orchards with durian, jackfruit, mangosteen, rambutan, ginger flower, ginger, gallangal, and in the upper regions mostly rubber. What else you should know

The orchard trails are small and sometimes quite steep and at lesser used areas slippery. Bring backpack so you have your hands free in case. No big cameras. T-shirt/shorts plus walking/sport shoes.
