What you'll do
Trek through Kauai, the Hawaiian island that provided the dramatic backdrop for Jurassic Park, Raiders of the Lost Ark, and Avatar. We'll travel from Hanapēpē Town to a mountaintop lodge in Kōkeʻe State Park. From there, we'll set out to trek along the rim of Waimea Canyon, then return for a traditional Hawaiian pork feast. The next day, we'll hike eight miles (12.8km) round trip into the highest altitude swamp in the world. On our final day, we'll journey across a ridge thousands of feet above the stunning Nāpali Coast.
