What we’ll do

Session will be conducted indoor in a bright airy room or outside on the beach (subject to weather conditions) We will start with a little introduction to this ancient Indian practice, its history and philosophy, followed up with Sukshma Vyawam (warmup)...Asanas (HathaYoga)...Relaxation...Kriyas - Jalaneti & Tratak and then guided Meditation along with Pranayama.
