About your host

Hello! I'm Tracey - I've been training in martial arts for 25 years. I'm a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, certified in Muay Thai and trained in Krav Maga and boxing. I've trained everyone from MMA fighters to Olympic swimmers to 9-5ers looking to get into shape while learning an applicable life skill. Looking forward to training you as well!

What we’ll do

The structure of a kickboxing lesson is: -5min dynamic warm up -12 rounds of kickboxing. Each round is 1 minute and 30 seconds, with a 45 second rest. Each round varies, with muscle group and foundational skill utilized. For example, the first 2 rounds might be heavier on rapid punching, the 3rd & 4th might focus on boxing combos, 5th core, 6th defensive & footwork, 7th cardio/metabolic…
