About your host

I am a certified fitness instructor and yoga teacher. I have been living in Miami for 18 years and I love the beauty of our natural parks. I love incorporating balance exercises with my fitness workouts and I enjoy bringing fitness outside. I am excited to share my passions with you.

What we’ll do

You will be given the three basic approaches to balancing on the slackline, kneeling, sitting and standing. You will also be taught balancing techniques to help you stay on the line for longer. For the brave few there will be some fun arm balances to try for an extra jolt of fun!

What else you should know

The slacklines will be set up 2-3ft off the ground for an easy and comfortable approach to the sport.
