I’m a certified 200 hour yoga teacher. I’ve been practicing yoga for 6 years. I found myself in a hot yoga class at one of the lowest points in my life and fell in love with the experience. 2 years ago we started a farm / animal sanctuary. I’m passionate about every single one of our animals and love to share their experience with others while offering a fun yoga practice for all fitness levels! This is a great opportunity to relax, unwind, and connect with nature while practicing movement and meditation…. Plus animals!
Where you'll be
We practice outdoors in a safe, fenced in area so the animals don’t wander off during our experience! We can’t guarantee which animals will be out each time, but you’ll likely get to cuddle our baby goat, who thinks she’s a human baby! give a pig a belly rub or have a duck waddle by, you never know! The yoga class offered will also have options for modifications so all fit levels will be comfortable! only requirements are to have fun and breathe
