Young Kwon and his wife have a wonderful leather crafting experience and class. You are fully immersed in a lived in and worked in studio - as they guide you through the process of making your leather crafted item. Before and during the class, you are given the choice of different styles and designs and accents to customize your experience. The materials used are excellent - naturally sourced dyes from Jeju’s rich nature. The same threading used in the finest of leather Hermes bags. Words can’t describe how amazing the leather class was. Our hosts were really welcoming and hospitable. It was calming environment and we really enjoyed making our unique leather wallets. The quality of the materials was 2nd to none. We used Italian leather and French threads so the quality of our leather wallets is superb. Now we have some really special memories of Jeju. Couldn’t recommend more!

I started out as a jeans designer. In 2012, I started a leather workshop without a sign in Seochon, Seoul. I moved to Jeju Island in 2015 and talk with guests in a relaxed atmosphere. The charm of leather becomes more stylish as it bears the traces of time and the owner's touch. I would like to share the joy of hand sewing, one stitch at a time.

For this experience, you can simply select one of the 15 or more designs before making a reservation. (You cannot choose at the workshop.) A welcome message will be sent to you after booking confirmation. If you let us know in a message how many designs you want to make, we will send you a photo of the leather colors. Please select a color and let us know. We need time to cut and prepare it in advance., Experiences: If you are late for more than 12 minutes after the start time, there will be no refund and the experience will be canceled.
