Our cooking class with Emanuela and Betty was a highlight of our trip to Sardegna.
From the moment we stepped into their home, we were hugged (literally & metaphorically) by warm Italian hospitality. We started as strangers, we left as family!
Emanuela is effervescent, and her mum, Betty, is a patient queen of the kitchen. Their encouragement turned us from clueless-culirgiones-cooks to pasta-pro’s!
The experience was enriched by the variety of cheeses, wines, and olive oil—all from Betty’s farm—that added an authentic, artisanal touch to the evening. For anyone who loves food, this is a must-do.
