This is such a great and important tour if you’re interested in history because there’s not a lot of tours that are specifically about communism in Bucharest and Elena did such a great job with this tour and was so knowledgeable and answered any questions while making the tour fly by because she’s so great and engaging with stories! If you’re interested in history you should do this tour and such!!!!!!

Elena was a very knowledgable guide & we learned a lot. She willingly shared personal stories and information about present Romania as well. Highly recommend to gain valuable insight into Romania’s recent past and present complexities. Thanks Elena for a great tour!

She was so nice and ran the tour even though no one else signed up for it! She even tolerated my millions of photos I stopped to take! She took me to the parts of town that gave me a better perspective on the town, and I feel like I have a lot more knowledge to show off to my friends and family at home! The knowledge she shared also enriched my experience in Romania overall because I had a much better understanding of what the history around me was. Very unique tour!
