This was such a fun experience! You learn about tequila/mezcal and make a few very delicious cocktails. The best thing is that you learn how to make the right ratio of ingredients in cocktails so you can make whatever cocktail you like in the future. Gerard is super fun and informative. This was one of my highlights of my trip to CDMX, and I would totally recommend it!

Luis and Rodrigo were super welcoming and knowledgable. One of the guys speaks fully spanish while the other knows both english and spanish and can translate. My SO and I were by ourselves so we learned a lot and got to ask any questions that came to mind. Luis is very open to helping us getting to know and understand the flavor profiles of the tequila better. One downside of this was the time frame, the class is a total of 2 hours however we only made 2 cocktails and did not receive a "welcome cocktail" as the details describe. Nonetheless was a fun class and Stephanie the bartender is super sweet too and made sure we were having fun with our cocktail making! Good experience and would do something similar again.
