What you'll do

Drink (and Instagram) like an LA cocktail lover in Ktown

Downtown LA gets all the attention when talking about drinking in LA but Koreatown is actually THE drink destination for many cocktail enthusiasts. I'll show you how to drink like a discerning cocktail-loving local as we hit the best bars in K-town known for quality, Instagram-ready cocktails and skilled bartenders. All while I teach you how to photograph your gorgeous drinks for optimum likes. Note that you will pay for your own drinks, which can range from $10-$16 each.

I've been writing about drinking in LA since 2005 and my blog, Caroline on Crack, has won awards from LA Weekly and CBS LA. But I've been addicted to Instagramming since 2011 with my cocktail photo feed developing quite the following. I also cover the drink scene for LA Magazine, Eater LA, and Liquor.com.

Where you'll be

We'll start off with well-crafted cocktails at Normandie Club and then duck into one of world's best bars Walker Inn for tailor-made cocktail service. For a change of pace, we could stop at restaurant Here's Looking at You for drinks and bites. And if you're up for it, nightcap at Frank N Hank.
