What we’ll do

On Saturday we will boil the milk then while it cools we will go meet the goats. You will have the opportunity to accompany the goats as they go for their walk and interact with them in their pen. Then we will culture the milk and discuss other options for culturing and what the differences are. On Sunday morning we will start with draining the cheese. What else you should know

We will be walking up and down terraces so wear appropriate shoes. We will be both indoors and outside so dress for any weather conditions. Goats like to chew dangling fringes, strings and jewelry.
