What we’ll do

Join me on a fun walking tour of downtown Victoria where we will taste traditional Canadian dishes while learning all about the history of Victoria and what makes Canadian cuisine so unique. We start the tour at Finest at Sea where we will sample 3 fresh seafood dishes including candied salmon, smoked trout, and a seafood salad. Late Lunch/Early Dinner Due to nature of tour we can't accommodate a shellfish or seafood allergy. Tour can be made gluten free and Pescatarian.
Drinks
Cocktail and wine Must be 19+. Non-alcohol alternative provided.

What to bring

Camera: A lot of great photo opportunities available
Water Bottle: Some water provided but on hot days pls bring your own
Comfortable Shoes: We will be walking roughly 2km (1.2 miles)

Where you'll be

On this tour we visit 7 culinary stops including a behind-the-scenes look at the processing plant at Finest at Sea, Victoria's premier seafood shop. We also get a waterfront tour of the Inner Harbour where we will stop at some of the best places including Smoke & Anchor, the Blue Crab. Artisan Wine Shop, Beavertails and more. Tour also includes a fun maple syrup tasting and a honey tasting on the lawn of the Empress.
