About your host

I am an experienced Personal Fitness trainer and Pilates instructor. I have lead a couple indoor and outdoor trainings in San Diego. Working out in this beautiful city is always such a great time.

What we’ll do

We will begin with a proper Warm-Up. It's necessary to raise the heart rate and get ready for a run. We will run through the city center to convention center where we can run the stairs up which is a great leg exercise. After that we will walk to a park where we will continue with a core workout and full body strength training and also stretching. At the end follows a recovery walk

Where you'll be

We will either workout outdoor in South Embarcadero park - close to Convention Center, or inside the Vai Fitness center if it rains.
