What you'll do
You'll check in with our friendly Cumbe staff members, then class begins with meet and greet, then flows into a stretch session with music. After warm up, the instructor will begin the class with foundation movements and share the history or story behind the dance. As the class progresses, students will learn a series of movements and rhythms, stringing them together for a full dance. Class will include across the floor movement, music, sweat and love. Some classes include live drumming (LD).
