What we’ll do

I am going to pick you up in front of Himeji Castle or JR Himeji station and then let's go to buy sushi fish for a local fish shop. Feel the daily life of Japan at a local fish shop. I think you will be able to see the fishmonger cut the fish. Then we go back to my kitchen, start cooking togather. First of all we make a soup stock 'Dashi'.
