This experience was one of our favorite things from our trip to Florence. Just as the description entails, we started in town and Paolo walked us though various markets including vegetable stand, and a meat/cheese shop where we got to try cheese and learn a bit about typical Tuscan options. Next at the studio for the cooking class, we made bruschetta, a zucchini ravioli with sage butter sauce, tagliatelle with pesto sauce, and finished off with panna cotta with a peach sauce. We took a break in between some of the preparations and enjoyed wine which was very good. The pasta making was so much fun. Overall this experience was delicious and fun. Highly recommend!

Awesome experience! We went as part of our honeymoon trip to Italy and it was a blast. Got to see some real local shops and try some awesome cheeses, and then in their super cool studio we got to make an appetizer and a dessert as a group and then everyone got to make their own pasta. Then it's lunch time at a big long classic Italian family style table! People were super fun and it was one of the best mornings we had on our trip.

I enjoyed the pasta making class even more than I was expecting, which is saying a lot. The process of making pasta was demonstrated and explained in a way that turned out to be quite simple and fun. I'm hooked now -- it's fresh pasta for me every time! The dishes we made as a group were delicious, and the whole event felt more like a party than a class -- especially when we got to eat what we had cooked, along with wine and nice companionship from the group. This was fun -- a smoothly-run and very Italian experience!

This was a fun experience. Shopping at the cheese shop was a very interesting addition. We were able to cook a few different dishes- pasta but also bruschetta and a dessert- and the cooking school was a beautiful location. We were able to eat everything we cooked and it was a lovely, filling meal. This was a fun way to spend an evening in Florence.

Paolo & Georgio were fantastic! Paolo met us and took us shopping for local ingredients to use in the preparation, and Georgio was great teaching us how to make homemade pasta. The evening finished with enjoying the delicious bruschetta, pasta dishes, and peach tiramisu we made, and the best part was not having to do the dishes!!

Paolo has wonderful knowledge of cooking. The learning space, kitchen, and dining area is big, clean, has character, it's bright and comfortable and we were able to join in and get hands-on in making the pasta dishes and dessert. It was a beautiful meal all made from scratch and I'm so pleased that we took part in it.
