About your host

Hello all! My name is Lauren and I will be your guide for our Fitness at The Park Adventure. I am a former NPS Ranger, previously at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park leading group hikes and doing patrols on the lava flow into the ocean (now things are way wild!) What we’ll do

60 minute guided hike and fitness program. Enjoy being surrounded by nature as we conquer our fitness goals together. We'll meet at the main Gazebo at the front of the Park. Upon arrival check in, each person will get a tracking card to record their stats. We'll go over any and all health or safety concerns you may have (physical limitations, current or past injuries, asthma, etc.) We'll be doing…

What else you should know

The Fitness Session is 60 minutes long. The first 10 minutes we will meet and greet, warm up and get to know everyone in our group. If keen for food and drinks afterwards, there are local cafes nearby
