The two gentlemen who run the business and the classes are incredibly warm and interesting. Their ceramics range from traditional to unique, from modern to sensational (especially the magical teapot, which is only available there). It's always great and important to meet and connect with locals. For me, that was the best part of the experience. Salva speaks perfect English, is open, knowledgeable about a wide range of topics, and you can talk for what feels like forever while making pottery. You really learn a lot (especially if you're lucky enough to attend on your own). The studio is wonderfully cool, spacious, and filled with an infectious creative atmosphere. The only thing that disappointed me a bit was the ceramic-making process, as it was very simple and not challenging enough – at least if you already have some prior experience. You make pottery the way we learned in elementary school. I would have liked the painting to be part of the course as well. Overall, I paid €74 for the glaze and shipping.
