What we’ll do

This class will follow the order mind, body and soul. The Mind: To begin, we will discuss the topic for the day. For instance, the topic could be the heart. The Body: After this share of knowledge regarding the heart, we will prepare an easy dish which is centered around the health of your heart (the body). You will be preparing unique plant based dishes such as beet carpaccio, stuffed…
