What you'll do
Run with, and like a local through history: we'll take you on an urban trail running adventure to introduce and orientate you to our city, visiting the major landmarks as well as some less well-known quirky hoods in our beautiful Mother City! Run in the footsteps of the founder of the Cape Colony, Jan van Riebeek, to discover the hows, whys and whens of the founding of the city of Cape Town. Your local running guide carries water for you & takes pics of you on the run, which we send to you afterwards, as a special souvenir of your running experience :) Prepare to explore, sweat, learn, laugh & exercise, all in one.
Hi, I'm passionate about Cape Town, travel, languages, culture, meeting people & running, so "Run Cape Town" was born: I'm a certified Western Cape Culture and Generic Adventure Site Guide, and have been offering running tours of the city and trails of Cape Town for five and a half years. We have put this special urban running tour together for you to experience our city, up close & personal, on the run ;)
