What you'll do
We'll be making two popular corn-based dishes: salbutes and garnaches. Think of them as open-faced tacos--but not like you've ever had. The experience begins with a brief overview about street food in Belize; then a discussion about the ingredients we'll be using. You are free to ask any questions about the dishes we are making or Belizean food in general. You'll enjoy your meal with Ellude's Belizean-style pepper sauce. There are four flavors to add to your dishes and full sized bottles will be available to purchase. *Vegan / vegetarian substitutes are available, please message me before booking.
Hi There! My name is Deleta. I am the Founder and Maker of Ellude's Belizean Style--a small batch Belizean style pepper sauce made right here in Baltimore. My enthusiasm for Belizean cuisine began when I was a young girl watching my grandma work her magic in the kitchen. Four years ago I launched my business using the recipes that my grandmother passed down to me. I am happy to continue that tradition by sharing my home and meals with you. Cheers!
