What you'll do
Join us as we explore Old Montreal, a true slice of Europe in North America. We'll wander the narrow cobblestone streets, admire English & French architecture, visit the Old Port harbour, and tell stories of iconic Montrealers. No two walks are the same - each passionate host has their own favourite spots and will tailor their experience to you and the other travelers in the small group. Culturally Curious? We'll pass museums, galleries, and maybe even a free street festival. History Buff? Ask away we know our stuff. Artsy Fartsy? Super cool art spaces have sprung up and we'll show you where. Here for the Food & Drink? We'll show you some great, tucked away spots. Last stop? The Neo-Gothic Notre-Dame Basilica. Even if you're not a Church person, it's worth seeing. Trust us. We'll skip the line and your entrance fee is included in our tour. Want to also see a different part of town? Check out our other Airbnb Experience the "Discover Montreal's Best Street Art" Walk! You'll explore the many artworks and massive murals in the Plateau Mont-Royal neighbourhood!
Shea And Diego
We both founded bike tour companies out of laneway garages 10 years ago, on different continents - Diego launched BA Bikes in Buenos Aires, and Shea launched Fitz & Follwell in Montreal. We've combined our passion and knowledge to offer top-notch bike & walking experiences here in Montreal - the kind we look for when we go traveling ourselves. We'll show you the best art, architecture, urban development, nature, and local events & festivals, but we also aren't afraid to show you the grit, imperfections, and realities of what living in Montreal is like! If you aren't hanging with Diego or Shea, you'll be with other Fitz Tours guides: Jeff, Catherine, Martin, Amelie, Thom, Leah, Gabriel, or Martine, are all well-traveled local Montrealers with backgrounds in arts and hosting!

Where you'll be
We meet near the harbour of Old Montreal at Cafe Olimpico, a local legendary cafe. Your host will then lead you exploring the neighborhood's cobblestone streets, alleyways, and riverfront, admiring the centuries old architecture and discovering museums, art, and local hot-spots along the way. The experience takes you to the stunning Notre-Dame Basilica (entrance included). This Gothic Revival Church is beautifully decorated and is a must-see.
